Our premium locks run on standard AA lithium batteries and last 10 to 12 months. Your smartphone app alerts you when batteries drop below 20%.
Most double door setups are compatible, since the smart lock installs on the active door while the secondary door uses standard flush bolts, our team confirms fit during the site visit before installation.
The lock still works via its PIN pad or fingerprint sensor since those run on the lock's own battery, not your phone, and a concealed physical key cylinder is included as a backup if the batteries ever run out.
Most models support up to 50 unique user codes, so you can assign a separate PIN to each family member, housekeeper, or regular guest and track exactly who used which code to enter.
